How does the verification process work?

You can apply for verification directly through the app from your Settings page. If your profile is missing anything required, the app will tell you exactly what you need to complete before you can apply.

Once you submit your application, our team reviews it manually. Verifications are processed in the order they are received, so please be patient — it may take a few days.

If approved, your profile will be marked as verified and you'll gain full access to browse the Performers and Roles pages, use travel plans, and access all platform features. If denied, you'll be notified with a reason and can re-apply after updating your profile.
