What can I do before verification?

While getting verified unlocks the full JustCollabs experience, you can still do quite a bit while you wait.

What You CAN Do​

  • Complete your profile — Edit your bio, photos, roles, social links, and performer details in Settings > Profile
  • Browse your city's performers — You can see creators in your home city on the Performers page, though some details (age, gender, location, roles) will be blurred
  • Appear in search results — Other users can find you if they toggle the "Not Verified" or "All" filter on the Performers page
  • Receive DM requests — Other users can send you DM requests, and you can accept or decline them
  • Chat with connected users — Once a DM request is accepted (by either side), you can chat freely and see each other's full profile
  • Apply for verification — Submit your verification application from Settings once your profile is complete

What You CANNOT Do​

  • Send DM requests — Only verified users can initiate DM requests
  • Browse other cities — You're locked to your home city; you can't change the location or expand the search radius
  • Use advanced filters — Filters like body type, height, weight, etc. are only available to verified users
  • Use travel plans — Creating and managing travel plans requires verification

What's Blurred?​

When viewing another creator's profile as an unverified user, you'll see blurred placeholders for their age, gender, location, additional roles, and travel plans. Their bio is also truncated. This restriction is lifted once you get verified — or if you have an accepted DM request with that person.
